The Redskins were a dissapointment this year. Doesn't mean that Gibbs wont eventually fix things but 6-10 with the Redskins coaching staff and talent is terrible. The Redskins needed at least 9 wins this year not to be labled a dissapointment.
That being said I still think we are pointed in the right direction...
