Zorn has never been a OC or a HC, Sherm Smith has never been an NFL coach he came from the college ranks. Hixon came from the college ranks, I'm not sure who else but you probably could pick apart more staff members.

Smith was plucked from the Titans staff where he was their RB's coach since '95. He was also their assistant head coach since '06.
