What households? Here's my ultimate argument against Campbell = He will never start for another team. Case closed. If he does, and that team is successful than I am a bigger idiot than I am under normal circumstances. If we cut him loose and none of the other 31 teams that have access to all of his video, are keenly aware of all the adversity he has had to face and can talk to anyone and everyone who knows anything about him, sign him to be their starter, than I will gladly admit I was wrong about J to the C.
I don't believe there is a single team that says to themselves, "We are a Jason Campbell away from winning the Super Bowl" or "Jason Campbell is a guy we can build a winning team around". Instead, I think they will say, "Hey, that Jason Campbell fella is available. He has started more games than most QBs in this league, and he has learned how not to hurt his team. We should sign him as a security blanket for the 4th round QB we just drafted." Or if the Ravens creep on him, "Jason Campbell would make a great backup for our second stringer, Troy Smith."
That was a low blow, I know. But I'm drunk and tired. G'night!
