And if they do change systems it's once not more than that Campbell is in his seven or eight (not sure which one) system since his senior year in high school.
All four years in Auburn he changed systems and still lead his team to a 13-0 season. That's hard to have to learn a position on another level and a new system every year or so. And still manage to perform good enough to remain the starter every year. Rapid changes in agenda has made JC think more about things that most QB's get down pat in college. Matt Ryan you can tell he came from a pro-like system in college plus he was a 4-year starter in the same system as well. His growing pains aren't like JC at all.
I truly believe if he is in a system for at least three years consecutively he could be something special look at Brady he sitting behind Bledsoe in NE for a while in the same system. The Pats replaced coordinators but the system is still in place. Peyton changed from Mora's to Dungy look how long his was in that system 6 or 7 years at least before they won the big one. Eli has been under the same system since he was drafted in NY he looked like a bust at one time now he looks better than his brother at times. It's all about the right structure and stability we don't have it yet.

We won't have stablity because Dan will fire Zorn and JC will not be back next season. So I guess we will have to learn a new system again. But the system we have now doesnt fit the players we have here on offense.
