Vinny is the only "GM" willing to be Snyder's proxy, Snyder could never relinquish control of the team to any true GM that knows the game. Thats probably the main reason Marty was one and done...Snyder couldn't handle not having his hands in the cookie jar. And ironically enough that was the one year I thought the Skins were headed in the right direction.
If Vinny goes, what other GM is going to come hear and let Snyder have final say? What coach is going to come hear that isn't allowed to pick their assistants? This franchise is doomed until Snyder puts his ego aside and lets someone who knows what they are doing call the shots.
