Dungy, HA that's rich. I'd love that but he's not that stupid. Maybe if Gibbs was the President and only then b/c of their religious connection.
Cowher delivered in Pittsburgh but their FO/fanbase was VERY patient with him. I can't expect the same from ours. On the plus side he would have a talented defense to start with...something that is a must for him.
Holmgren is a good choice for the FO but i don't know if he has it as a coach any more. Sure he wants to win a superbowl but i'm afraid he's seen too many teams to have the patience to coach this one up. Moving Zorn to OC or QB coach would be a possibility hear so i like the consistency aspect of it.
Gruden is a gimmicky pick. I feel that with him its an all or nothing shot. He could be really good by finally controlling a team which is willing to go out and get the talent he wants. He could also be a complete flop if his eventual pick in Tebow can't make the NFL leap. One thing is tru about this guy, he knows football and puts in long hours. He won't be making any coaching mistakes, that's for sure.
Shanahan is my favorite simply b/c he has the ability to get the best work out of the talent he has. He is a master of making game-time adjustments, something that btw the redskins have lacked since Gibbs 1.0. Shanahan is also a well respected coach who could come in and instantly get the players to buy in. He has proven that he can make a perennial winner and with the deep pockets of DS, he could be a force to be reckoned with. Reuniting him with Portis is an added bonus.
