Could be as early as next Monday if the Skins decide to give another winless team their first victory of the season, but I would imagine that Zorn's done by the final whistle of the Eagles game. I'd imagine Sherman Smith would be out as well, with Sherm Lewis taking over as offensive coordinator. Gray or Smith can lead the sinking ship into the depths of the NFC East basement.

The only way the Redskins will ever completely start over is if Snyder decides to put his massively large ego aside and hire a football man to be his GM and let said GM call the shots. Until that day happens (I've yet to hear about hell freezing over or see pigs flying), it really won't matter who Snyder pays to be head coach, they will be limited by what the Front Office wants to do.
