The only way to get through to Snyder is to hit him where it really hurts: his pockets (and maybe his balls too for good measure).

The only card fans can play is to stop going to games. If the stadium isn't sold out, then the game is not aired on TV. Do this until the Redskins become unprofitable and Snyder would either sell the team or wake up and see the truth. Problem is, us Redskins fans are f'ing whores when it comes to this team -- far too dedicated and emotionally invested to demand more from our owner and boycott until things change.
