Can you give an example or three of the "serious, impactful changes" that you are looking for Daniel Snyder to make in the next few weeks and months?

You suggested that if Davis and/or Kelly do not want the #2 WR position, they should cede it to you. Are you interested in taking over for Chad Rinehart too? After the way the OL looked today against the 32nd ranked defense in the NFL, you really have to worry about a young offensive lineman that can't crack the rotation...
