First, I don't think it's the same for a coach to not call the plays than the embarrassment a coach must go through by getting his playcalling rights taken away (we all know it's really because of his inadequacy in this area). The players will probably lose even more respect for the guy (whatever respect he had left) so when I say "neutered" coach it's not just because he doesn't call the plays... Just because he's the HC doesn't give him much respect on this team no matter if he still "manages" this team or not.
Second, I agree I really wasn't thinking "NFL young" I was thinking "27 years old young" and yeah sometimes I forget he's not a "young QB" when I watch him play
