I was saying the EXACT same thing to a friend the other day!! no offense to skins fans out there.. but the redskins are declining just as fast, if not faster as the raiders did from a couple years back.. The thing about the raiders when they were good is: they had a very good quarterback.. but most importantly... a VERY good coach in Gruden. Snyder needs to stop going against the grain of what other owners in the league are doing and stop buying players, and actually get a good scout team so they draft well and get a good coach.. it doesn't have to be an accomplished coach either, such as Shanahan or Cowher... If they do their research right and actually get a coach that fits in DC perfectly, that would be fantastic for the team. The redskins are notorious for getting players/coaches that are the best on paper, but not for their team. Snyder needs to get a Mike Tomlin/Josh McDaniels-esque coach. Some one that will show the players who is boss and take control of the team.
