And as far as him better than Vinny, that's not saying much. We don't need someone a little bit better than Vinny. We need a bonafide, kickass, successful GM. Anything short of that, ain't cutting it.

Well, we all do want an elite playoff team year in and year out. And true, in Gibbs I, Bobby Beathard was mostly responsible for finding the right players, as he should have been considering he was the GM. However, I am also applying what Gibbs has done in NASCAR to build championship racing teams. I am speaking on the premise of Gibbs being responsible for finding that GM, which I believe he has the smarts to find that perfect guy for that position, and I also believe someone like Joe Gibbs could find the right coach for us. After all, Joe Gibbs does know a thing or two about coaching in the NFL. And, Joe Gibbs knows a thing or two about being a Super Bowl Champion coach in the NFL. What does Vinny know about picking Head coaches? Apparently, not a lot! It has already been proven that Snyder and Vinny suck as choosing GMs and coaches, why not give someone who has been successful in the NFL a chance to make those choices? It is unfair to say Gibbs doesn't know anything about choosing head coaches or GMs. He hasn't been given the opportunity to do so yet. Let's not tunnel vision solely on player choice during his second stint. I think he also made some right choices during his time here as well.
