He is definitely not ready now but I love the fact that he has not resigned and still wants to somehow make the Skins better. His press conferences are really upsetting though because after the Skins go out and lose to horrible team after horrible team, he says "lots of good things today" well yeah, no one died, thats a good thing. Just once I want him to say, we were shit today and we need to completely change how we are doing things.

Just once put the onus on the team and say you guys really need to get better. The reason I say this is that what he is basically saying is that it is okay to lose as long as " a lot of good things happened". thats bs.
