Further I'm not convinced we have the LB's currently in place for a 3-4 defense. We have converted backers with limited ability to play in space. I would say there are areas needed to be addressed before our defense would be considered 3-4 formidable.

I'm not saying that I'm convinced that we have all the pieces in place either. I believe OLB to be lacking (carter apparently did terrible when he was int the 3-4), but I'm just saying that we seem to be assembling the pieces to make the transition.
On a side note, I highly doubt that many 350 lb NT's play more than 60% of the snaps.
