No real shockers here. I thought it was interesting that he said the GM should be the tie-breaker because it has been the owner here since the days of Jack Kent Cooke, and maybe before

Steven Jackson is not a name I would have thought of as an up and coming defensive coordinator.

I think part 2 will be very interesting because it focuses on the players and that's his wheel house
