Since that's the main thing I work on where I work, I know how to prevent it and how to get rid of it. I scan my computer once every month. The main thing to know is to not download most free programs (there's a reason they are free) and to basically not browse porn sites (most of them anyway ) With those two programs, you'll keep your shit squeaky clean.
