this is true, thats why in my mind this is the MOST important position on a team, and you really never know you just have to bring them in and talk to them and see who will fit best for your/our team, and again that gets us back to that touchy little issue, and jr3 has done great in sd because they have had a couple pretty decent coaches, their names sound familiar too some guy named marty some thing or other and a guy named norv not quite as good as marty but not bad
