I was pissed that my locality switched to electronic voting. When I asked an assistant how they'd do a recount vote, he told me they couldn't. This screams of fraud to me. Computers are easy to manipulate.

Same here. I'm not sure that the people working these places know what can and cannot be done with those computers. They volunteer their time and only have a few hours of training if that. My mother volunteered a few years back and that's what she said.
