Gibbs coming back isn't good news, and it's exactly what I would expect from lil D. I think the FO situation only becomes more amorphous and confused after this season i.e. instead of bringing in a legit GM who really runs the show Snyder will have a "committee" (Vinny will still be around too I think), which will allow him to stay very involved in ALL real personnel decisions but behind a "bigger" cloak. The more I see this season's disaster unravel the clearer it becomes Snyder will never hand the reigns over to a true professional. Like someone else wisely said, if Snyder did that and the guy was successful who would get the credit? Waaayyyyy too much for the little man's ego to handle...
