These guy's have been in coaching a long time, I think it's ironic that only now under Belechik have they blossomed, and that is part of the reasn they have lasted as long as they have to many executives in the NFL believe they are a product of Belechik and not the other way around. The Brown's will find out the hard way, as for Notre Dame? College is all about recruiting so if the guy can recruit he will do well dropping into the college rank's from the NFL doesn't exactly scream success as a coach, it's usually reserved for the coaches who can't get it done on the pro level.
