it's never a bad idea when bargaining with someone to start with a bit of a higher trade demand and leave yourself some wiggle room to make adjustments. and who knows, there r probably atleast a couple teams out there needing a young,tall, strong posession reciever who has shown flashes of even being a solid number target of an offense. possibly marty would give him a look with san diego's depleted wr group and the fact that Gardner had his best year under marty.
