...sometimes I feel like we're all watching different games. How the hell does anyone not see Landry avoiding contact? There are dozens of no-name safeties in the league who take every opportunity to lay the would and punish the opponent. They play fierce and fiery defense and when they punish their prey they just look to do it again. Landry isn't even in the same realm. Name me one play this season where Landry put the hurt on someone and got a reaction from the announcers or made you hold your breath?

I agree w/you on everything unless you're saying he fails at stopping big pass plays, which he does. How many deep balls have been completed on the skins the last couple years? The Desean Jackson td was on Horton's side in what looked like a cover 2.
He is avoiding contact though, which is the opposite of his scouting report out of Lsu as a safety that plays the run well.
