We need a firey coach, one that when a drive fails, will yell like hell at the players and let them know that that wasn't acceptable. So the only coaches I can think of are:

Bill Cowher
John Gruden
Mike Shanahan

The next thing with our head coach is that when I think of Redskins football I think of power running. So who has a power running game to their resume:

Bill Cowher
Mike Shanahan

The next thing we need is a coach who doesn't mind giving up some of his GM duties, because Snyder will want to have a say in things:

Mike Shanahan

(Cowher wants full control of personel duties)

Our next head coach should be, IMO, Mike Shanahan.
