The fine seems a bit steep, perhaps it's due to him being a repeat offender?
I don't mind Ocho, if you follow him on twitter you'll see he's actually a good cat, very generous too. He'll tweet that he's going to the movies and anybody that shows gets in free, and he'll post a pic of him and like 50 people hanging out.
