Chad Morton is a Kick Returner. Bottom line, he's not a punt returner, if my memory serves me correct, I dont think he ever did punts in NY. I dont know what the cap issues are, but if Morton dosent save anything, I say we keep both of them back there on kick returns and let Antonio Brown do the punts. Now that would be a dangerous KO return team right there.
