before i click on the link or hear bowe's side of it. im guessin hes gonna say he took an over the counter substance (for a cold or allergies) that didnt list the banned substance but just so happens to be a concealant for some type of PED.

i dont know if this excuse is still used that much anymore since the whole spirit of the zero tolerance policy is to not allow this type of excuse to have merit.
