I almost always watch on Stream Torrent (see the link above). Sometimes this is the only way to get the game and sometimes it is the highest quality way to see the game. You have to install Stream Torrent software in order to watch the game this way but it is not hard to download and install the free software. The hard part is being patient while the file "buffers" for a few minutes before it starts. There are links and instructions for Stream Torrent on this thread:

Once you have installed Stream Torrent, just "copy" the address above and "paste" it into Stream Torrent.
