Update.....
My daughter ended up purchasing another turkey cause apperantly they sell thawed out turkeys on Thanksgiving day. She took it home and found out the original was thawed out enough. ? I know, I presume they threw it in the fridge instead of freezer. Any way we cooked the original turkey (which was good) and she has a second to boot.
She is talking about giving it to a shelter though so atleast she was thinking of others. LOL. Otherwise great day.
