I feel its on the player, not the system he ran in college. look at USC and ND lately, both use a "pro" style offense and neither has had a QB come out lately that has been anywhere near impressive. Busts can come from any scheme, you have your Leafs and you have your Klinglers, its all a crapshoot.
Imnot saying Clausen is a bad prospect, i just wouldnt put him ahead of the other QB's simply because of the scheme he played in at ND.
