im basically saying this because I don't like shanahan. he only accomplished what he did because of davis and elway. Broncos were good at best in his tenure otherwise.

Call me crazy- I think we should fire Zorn and all the rest of the coach's. Forget about Shanahan. Throw the world at Marty Schottenheimer to take the GM/HCing job for 2-3 yrs and give the OC job to his son Brian Schotteheimer. Then after 2-3 yrs Marty can be GM and son can be HC. I'll give you guys Jerry Gray for the defensive side of the ball.
I'm basically saying this because I don't like Zorn or Shanahan. Shanahan does not strike me as the hard nosed type HC we need. Zorn definitly is not the hard nosed HC. Zorn is not a good HC. His motivational skill are lacking "stay medium." WTF? Hell no get f-ing excited. Show some emotion. Pound the ball. ???
