First, while I do understand what supposedly occured with the doctors, no, I do not believe him. I think the skins made it clear they don't want him back, and he is now disheartened to the team and what's the point of coming back when the team isn't going anywhere? He gets paid regardless. Again, who do you know misses 8 weeks of the season with a concussion? It just doesn't happen. Some day we will be aware of what is REALLY happening cause we all know Portis is a big mouth.
Second, your second point is true, and a lot of us felt that way when it happened, but man that was a LOOOONG time ago and Portis did well for us for a while, he's just done now.
