No one will be willing to take the job as long as VC is still with the team. I heard on the Junkies today that Marty is now being more vocal about his situation here with the Skins. Supposedly VC came to him mad and told him when he was first hired that Snyder maybe listening to him (Marty) about on the field stuff but Snyder would listen to him (Cerrato) about everything else. Then Cerrato was fired. Marty stayed the year and left and guess what Cerrato was brought back.

I honestly don't know what Snyder see's in Cerrato. The Skins are the but of most owners jokes simply cause we have Cerrato screwing everything up.

and another thing, we have a bad ending to the season last yr and only a few people chimed in that Zorn/Cerrato must go. This yr we start out bad at the begining of the yr and everyone is chanting Vinny and Zorn must go. Left with mediocracy long enough and some of you guys are wore down all ready. "Oh it's not that bad", "It's all about consistancy", "We should keep Zorn", "If Cerrato stays I'll be all right with it." On and on.

I know we might not have much control over those things but no Cerrato needs to go. If we are going to look into picking up anyone worth their weight in gold then Cerrato needs to go. Pick up someone else who either has a track record for building good teams and pay them a mint or look for the next up and commer. The only way any good HC is going to finally take the Skins job is if they completely understand Cerrato is not here or has no (none) control with anything player related. Well other then maybe contracts.
