I think i get what he's saying about having Holmgren & Zorn work together. I don't think it's mentorship, if that's a word, I think it just appears to make sense given their working history. It sounds good to me, if Holmgren is a legit GM.

All I know about that is his history in Seattle; once they took gm duties from him the team did better. That may have been simply due to the inherent difficulties of being coach/gm.
