I understand, but on the other side of the coin if Snyder keeps Zorn that would be a redeeming quality and in Holmgren's eyes he would have made the right choice which would open the opportunity for him as GM. I think he learned something from Walsh on player personnel. Here's a Holmgren GM timeline.
