According to ESPN Rumor Central, Detroit has a deal if Taylor is still on the board:
Detroit gets: Picks #21, #32, #113 and either #56 or #63.
New England gets: Picks #6 and #105.
Hard not to pull the trigger on that one when your team has as many holes as Detroit does.
