All I want, and I don't care if we go 4-12 to 8-8 (I don't think playoffs are believable at all) is a sign of some real change. A sensible draft after cutting some of the dead weight and adding a couple smart choice free agents would be perfect.

What I really want to see 1st year is a season with no clock management mishaps at the end of halfs and games. That would just give me enough of a sign that we doing alright.
