I don't think Campbell or anyone gets a pass, I just find it laughable that you are saying that the team sucks because Campbell didn't have any leadership.
I also find it laughable with the notion that just by changing the QB things will turn around. We're not Minnesota, that had all the tools in place for the team that they had, and all they had to do is put in an old but effective QB.
