Clausen actually reminds me a bit of JC...looks very strong most of the time but struggles under pressure situations. He's the only prospect I hear positive things about from nearly every corner.
I won't be surprised if Shanny looks to develop a guy who's not a rookie. I mean it seems little narrow to assume his focus on QB is limited to college prospects.

I would like to know what the thoughts on perhaps bringing Brady Quinn in to compete with JC are...we'd get him cheap and the guy still has a ton of upside
