I feel just the opposite, I don't see Coles coming back as a likely situation at all.

Sounds like he's been unhappy for a while now.

The last thing Gibbs wants are guys that don't want to be here. He's always talking about his 'core players', well I think it's safe to say Coles doesn't fit that mold.
