"According to the paper, the officer noticed Rinehart attempting to order pizza at about 2 a.m. The officer said Rinehart had alcohol on his breath, bloodshot eyes and was swaying."

I really hope that there is more to this than just the above, otherwise I should be arrested at least 3 times a week...
