So there was a radio announcement yesterday begging ANYONE who had a plow truck or tractor to please come and help each other...it was pro bono work, but due to an emergency, they were just asking people to help each other out. My dad went out last night with his tractor, which is a john deere with a big snowblower on the front of it. He plowed driveways and stuff until about 2 in the morning...

Now with nearly a 100% chance of snow for Tuesday night and Wednesday, we will probably be shut in again...
big props to your dad.. there's not a lot of community action like that anymore unfortunately

we paid a guy 20 bucks to clear our driveway with his bobcat, took him less than 10 mins, he made bank in the neighborhood.. renting a dozer and a snowblower can make some good money around this time
