Yeah.. I think most of the questions have to do with how wasn't this prevented than some big conspiracy theory, unless you count the conspiracy that we didn't prevent it on purpose. One could say that if we let thousands die in Iraq across the years it's not far fetched that we'd let a several thousand die at once to swell pride, though that's not what I believe happened. There's a lot that goes on that we'll never know about and death and certainly one of them though, which is pretty sad.
