haha yeah, that's the main reason for weaker lifts
I'm not a big fan of it but I realized to hit my total (big 3 lifts, squat.. dead.. bench) my bench would be the easiest to improve, back when I was powerlifting
I went from 315 to 345 just by studying the form and practicing it within a week
I'd be lucky to bench 225 now, my old warmup :-/
