Joe Gibbs is very cryptic in his assessments of the players he already has on his roster, so he's not going to come out and say anything directly about any particular player in the draft. The most you're going to get out of him is the standard "he's a very talented young guy", but he's not going to point to any one player and say, "that's the guy I want!"
The belief that Joe Gibbs favors Winslow is based almost entirely on conjecture by the media, who are simply basing their assertions on the fact that Gibbs coached Winslow Sr., the H-back is a key component of his offense, and there isn't a standout player at that position as yet.
For all we know (the media included), Gibbs may be perfectly happy with Sellers, Chamberlain, et al, and the offensive personnel in general, and will yield to Gregg Williams' draft preferences.
Given Winslow's signing with the Poston brothers, the need to solidify the defensive backfield following Champ Bailey's departure-- and the signings of Keyshawn and T.O. by the Cowboys and Eagles-- I would say Taylor is the heavy favorite. But that's purely speculative!
