A Charles County sheriff's deputy arrested Washington Redskins cornerback Byron Westbrook on suspicion of drunken driving early Friday.
The deputy pulled Westbrook over on Route 5 near Lakewood Place in Waldorf, Md., just before 2 a.m. after observing the car Westbrook was driving switching lanes several times, authorities said. When Westbrook opened the window, the deputy smelled what he believed to be alcohol."

Charles county Maryland becuase of it's correlation to PG county and Washington DC has stepped up Police patrols and the area from which he was drinving is exactly where the Police sit every night.I know becuase I live in Waldorf.
