Bourdain, no contest. Dude's a five star French chef with comfort food sensibilities. I like the fact he doesn't blow smoke up anyone's ass and pretty much calls it as he sees it. Excellent writer as well... check out Kitchen Confidential if you get a chance- the guy certainly has a crazy past.
