I don't know if this is the correct forum to post this, but if not Mr. Mods. please see fit to move it.

I have been trying to find any information available on the final disposition in Sean's case. January 2010 a trial was scheduled for the shooter though preliminary reports stated the trial could be postponed again.

The last information I heard was that at least two of the defendents had pleaded guilty but later recanted and chose to change their plea. If anyone has the latest in the developments of the case please share.

I did recently find this......what a shame it's taken so long for justice to be served.
