DOT GOV? Are you joking? Not only does the Government have a place telling people how to parent...but actually having a site like this being run by the Government? I know there's a huge issue with single mothers and multiple fathers in urban communities, but it's just not the Government's place to tell people they have to be responsible for lives they create. Do they honestly think they can impact anyone?
