For those of us casually following along, how about posting a time that the pick is due when you announce that someone is on the clock.

two hours from announcement. If I have to be off-line for a significant amount of time, it would be from the time of the last pick, but I will let everyone know when I'll be off-line. If it's for more than a couple of hours from 8am-10pm.
But I will post a time the pick is due with each announcement.
