Wrong donkey. Totally f'ing wrong. You mentioned something that had absolutely no relevance to the conversation. The mere mention of it, to most reasonable people, would convey that you personally felt it was somehow relevant in a negative way. YOU brought it up. It had nothing to do with anything. What point did it have at all if the subtle point wasn't negative? Please do explain how someone couldn't see it in a negative light. Bringing up race in that type of situation screams racism. It does.
